Returns
At Avera Beauty, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal on items purchased through our online store.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and return an item, please contact us at info@averabeauty.dk.
You will then receive return instructions.
Returns are only accepted after prior contact via info@averabeauty.dk.
Conditions for Returns
For a return to be approved, the item must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when received.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic and beauty products if the seal has been broken after delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We recommend sending the return with tracking, as the customer bears the risk of the item until it has been received by Avera Beauty.
Refunds
For approved returns, the purchase amount and standard shipping costs will be refunded.
Additional shipping costs resulting from choosing a shipping method other than our standard shipping method will not be refunded.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or documentation confirming the return.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
